(Almost Private) Wheel Throwing Basics Workshop

Over the course of 4 (+1) weeks, you will learn the basic techniques of wheel throwing: how to wedge clay, centring and pulling walls as well as trimming. To round up the experience, the last class will focus on basic decorating techniques including glazing.

With only three people per class, you will get tailored instructions in order to create your own project.

At the end of the workshop, the work will be fired at 1210°C by the teachers, and available for pick up the following 2-week.

  • Class taught by Chiara on Tuesday evening from 6.30pm to 9pm:

    -4 x Wheel throwing on October 15, 22, 29 & November 5

    -1 x Glazing day on November 12

    Class taught by Giedre on Wednesday evening from 6.30pm to 9pm:

    -4 x Wheel throwing on October 23, 30 & November 6, 13

    -1 x Glazing day on November 20
